Yoga is ideal to increase your health and well being and improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance and breathe better. Whatever your fitness level, all classes are mixed ability. Practice at a level that suits you. Modifications or alternative postures are given where appropriate. Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles are offered in community leisure centres and private gyms in Preston, Chorley and Bolton. Each session ends with a relaxation. Details are given below.
